The BMAQ Innovation Hub is a strategic initiative created to drive tech-powered social innovation and support entrepreneurship in Jerusalem (Al-Quds). Focused exclusively on technology-based projects that generate positive social impact, the Hub nurtures startups and initiatives that address critical community needs across sectors such as education, health, environment, and economic empowerment.
By offering a full range of services — including expert mentorship, access to seed funding, collaborative innovation spaces, and global networking opportunities — the BMAQ Innovation Hub acts as a catalyst for change. How to participate ?

Apply to Join

Entrepreneurs and startups with tech-for-good ideas can apply to our incubation programs and benefit from tailored support.

Mentor or Partner

Experienced professionals, NGOs, and companies are welcome to mentor startups, offer training, or partner on projects.

Invest in Innovation

Organizations and individuals can support the growth of Jerusalem’s innovators by investing financially or donating resources.

Cohort Calendar

  • First Cohort: January – June
  • Second Cohort: July – December

Each cohort spans approximately 5 to 6 months, combining intensive training, mentorship, and strategic development opportunities. The flexible structure allows startups to grow at a steady and impactful pace.


Who Joins a Cohort?

Between 5 and 20 startups are selected per cohort based on innovation potential, social impact, and scalability. The program welcomes early-stage entrepreneurs and tech-driven initiatives aligned with Jerusalem's development goals.

At the service of Al Quds

The Bayt Mal Al-Quds Al-Sharif Agency is a social and humanitarian institution affiliated with the Al-Quds Committee, affiliated with the Organization of Islamic Cooperation.
It is under the high patronage of His Majesty King Mohammed VI, King of the Kingdom of Morocco.

The BMAQ Agency is working on the implementation of social projects in Al-Quds to contribute to the protection of the Holy City, the preservation of its religious and cultural heritage and the support of its inhabitants
